Message Obviously you back him up, which is good for you, thats a nice thing to have in a boss. However he is just such an arrogant tosser if he's truly posting from home in his own time its probably better that you keep your company name away from his. I agree if people want to boycott your store just cause you employ an asshole then thats pritty childish, especially if they live in the area then thats just cutting off your nose to spite your face. Internet sales however are probably a different thing and I expect his self important rants like this do nothing but hurt that side of your business.
Personally I used to really respect Ash, but lately he has just been getting worse and worse. Likely its time to have his medications reviewed.
